Very happy with the car rental, I got a Honda Jazz 2016. Apart from minor scratch in the body that's hardly noticeable, the car condition was clean and very good. The staff delivered and picked the car in the airport punctually, and the staff was also very responsive in Whatsapp, so it helps a lot.

Tanks bmc, saya gak nyangka kalau mobil nya bakal duluan datang dr saya, biasanya kalau saya rent car di tempat lain saya yang nunggu, dan saya kira bakal kena biaya tambahan atau bakal di tinggal, tapi saya di tungguin, Terimakasi banyak..
dan juga padahal saya pesan mobil satu hari (24 jam) tapi saya pakai 1hari lebih 5jam saya pikir 5jam nya itu bakal kena hitungan sehari atau setengah hari extra chrage, tapi memang bener biaya tambahan nya sesuai dengan yg di katakan di awal, bahwa 10.000/jam, jadi 5jam tambahan nya cuma kena 50rb deh

This place is the worst. They are the biggest cheats we ever met. They gave us a car with deflates every day, gave us a spare wheel which also has the spare problem, pretended to not know this happens, and threatened us with a fine. We will be reporting them to the police. Please never rent a car from this place.

Worst car rental place ever!!!
Out of the 7 times we've been to Bali,this is worst car rental ever.We got cheated and got flat tire in 5 minutes.We were told to use the spare tire to replace,but that was flat to the next day,and turns out to have 3 punctures,on the side!
