A fantastic hospital! Clean, modern and with excellent after care services. I was in the care of Dr Made Suka for overdue breast revision (10 years) and given the complexity of the surgery, Dr Suka was professional, diligent, answered all my questions clearly and has a great sense of humour! My recovery was quick and the incisions/sutures are amazing! If you're thinking of having cosmetic surgery I HIGHLY recommend Dr Made Suka at BIMC Benoa, Nusa Dua.

The hospital is very clean and the staff very professional. In addition, the whole staff speak really good English. If you have any issue with your health, this is a good place to come.

We were impressed by the quality of the health service and by the excellent attitude of doctors. We went there with our 5y old son with fever and cough. We have been waiting max. 10 minutes. The doctor has been very sensitive and careful. They have already made a blood test with a result within few hours. It costs approx. 130 EUR (medication, blood test, doctor) - was totally worth. Highly recommend!

Took our 2 year old daughter here. The consultation price for Indonesian citizens here is Rp 190,000.00 = USD$15. The price for the same service for foreigners / WNA / bule is Rp 1,500,000 = USD$115. The service, facilities and doctors are very good so it's worth it if you have to go. However if you are price sensitive and it's not an emergency, another option is SOS Medical nearby where a consultation with English speaking doctor is around $65 without health insurance. The downside with SOS is that they don't have pediatricians.

If you are in rush, better not to come here, just for a regular doctor we waited almost 2hours. The service though was very good. But need a long time to wait and really pricey for indonesian standard doctor.

I was with Dengue Fever and they did blood test to find out (before I went to another hospital and they said I wasnt with dengue!). Also they asked me if I have health insurance. As I said "no", they asked me if I would like do to all the expensive procedures or just come back everyday to check my blood. I choose the second and it was all fine.

We arrived from Malaysia to Bali and our two daughters both fell sick with symptoms of Dengue. At Ubud, they were treated initially but due to dehydration we anyways wanted them to be hospitalized so we drove to BIMC Nusa Dua reaching late in the night by ambulance.
The registration was done smoothly with doctors asking the right questions, examining the kids and analysing the blood report from earlier in the day. To their credit, they focused on stabilizing the kids to get them rehydrated and reducing pain first instead of pumping them with antibiotics based on earlier diagnosis..
We just checked out of the hospital today, two days later with fully recovered children and as it correctly turned out, they only had a severe viral infection.
Hats off to the BIMC team- Dr. Aya, the nurses and all. Excellent service, great care and professional.. The girls and we thank you!

Had to bring our 2 year old sun to put some stitches on his head after a pool accident. We were scared on how the hospitals in Bali would look like, however we were positively impressed as it is a new good looking hospital, you can even think is a luxury Resort ;)
Hospital is clean and new, staff is helpful and doctors are good enough. We went on Sunday which is consider after ours and still we were attended in the spot and no wait a single minute to start healing my sun, in 25min we were done, ready to pay and go.
Money wise, is more than ok, 2M / 100 Euro, for the assistance, 3 stitches and medicines, they fill it up all the documents to claim our insurance back home.
If you have any accident or sickness in Bali I highly recommend this place.response / report this review -

Excellent service and warm, friendly staff
I have been here after a heavy scooter accident and spent 9 days in this hospital.This was for me first time in hospital (and hopefully the last), but the team of doctors, specialist and not to forget the nurses did some great work and I recovered quit quicky. The place was really clean and also well organised. I will never forget this place and the proffesional team who assisted me during this short but very intense period of my life

Unforgettable!
Been here for a severe pancreatite i had the best cure and a i loved the professional work done by those angels of the nurses. I was always informed of my conditions treat as may be neither in your family you are!
Thanks to doctors and specialist that listen to me and do their best!
