  Sorry in advance, just a suggestion, for security, if you talk to this good castamert who is friendly, don't be pretentious, then to open the service on Saturday, it opens at 9 am at 10 am it's already closed, you just close it, you don't have to open it, just want to pay it off at what's more difficult, if you want to take BPKB for the service, it's very unsatisfactory, thank you

  I make sure there will be no submission here. Service is very lacking for a financial institution, mandatory cash payments (during a pandemic) or because I want repayment. Second, after I defended looking for an ATM to pay today, so that I could immediately take the BPKB, the cashier informed me of taking the BPKB on Monday the next week again because the cashier wrote the wrong date on the proof of payment (without an apology, his tone also seemed arrogant).

  Pertama, Hari selasa pukul 16.00 WIB saya datang ke BFI untuk pemgambilan BPKB, tapi kata petugas sudah tutup. Sedangkan saya cek di web sebelum berangkat ke lokasi, tutup pukul 16.30 WIB. Mohon kejelasan untuk jam aktif kerja di BFI.
  Kedua, keesokan harinya saya datang kembali untuk pengambilan. Saya dilayani oleh security dan cukup lama untuk menunggu. Ketika saya menunggu, melihat CS dan Kasir saling ngobrol terkait aktivitas yg akan dilakukan diluar jam kerja. Mungkin mereka (CS dan Kasir) menyadari bahwa saya dengan sengaja memperhatikan mereka. Tak lama kemudia CS memanfaatkan alat komunikasi kantor (Telephone) untuk berkomunikasi dengan Kasir, cukup lama berbincang. Apakah hal seperti itu diperbolehkan ketika saat bekerja? Mohon di evaluasi dengan melihat rekaman CCTV demi perbaikan kinerja. Terimakasih
