  Pice Dam., also in Gantong Village, not far from "SD Muhammadiyah" the replica and historical elementary school in "Laskar Pelangi" movie. Another spot with good enough view to take some photos.

  Bendungan Pice dibangun untuk mengoperasikan kapal keruk agar lebih fleksibel. Kata Pice berasal dari bahasa cina kek "Richie" yang berarti pintu air. Bendungan ini dirancang oleh arsitek belgia "Dr. Vence". Pekerjaan pembangunan bendungan ini dibangun pada tahun 1934-1936 dan diresmikan pada tahun 1937. Bendungan ini memiliki panjang 50 meter yang memiliki 15 pintu air dan lebar setiap pintu 2,5 meter serta tinggi pintu 10 meter.

  Jika anda berkunjung ke kota Gantung Belitung Timur tidak ada salahnya untuk mampir ke Bendungan Pice. Disini anda bisa menikmati Bendungan bekas peninggalan Belanda yang dibangun sekitar tahun 1928. Dan disampingnya ada juga Bendungan yang baru dibangun tahun 2015 lalu. Sambil menikmati keindahan sekeliling bendungan dan juga berfoto ria sebelum melanjutkan ke destinasi wisata lainnya di kota gantung.

  Bendungan pice merupakan bendungan terbesar yang ada d belitung timur, bendungan tersebut merupakan peninggalan zaman belanda
