  I went to this bank with the intention of opening a new US Dollar account. I had 10,000 in cash that i had just withdrawn from BNI down the street.
  
  The staff inspected each bill as if it were forged, and then told me that they could not give me face value for 13 of the 100 $100 notes because they had creases or wear marks. I looked at the bills, and could not see what they were complaining about.
  
  If you have cash, and want to open an account with an Indonesian bank, pick just about any other bank besides BCA.

  Pelayanannya OK. Siang telpon menanyakan soal claim asuransi ke Pak Teguh, sore sudah dihubungi mengenai cara claimnya. Ga nyesel pake BCA Finance dan Insurance! Thanks Pak Pras

  Setiap setor tunai via ATM disini, tidak pernah terkendala.. kalo di bank lain kadang ATM rusak, gangguan, dll.. kali disini selalu lancar

  Great building. Bank tellers good but waited a good hour to talk with someone from customer service. Came up to us and ask what we need. Left again and closed her desk.Way too long! Hope they can improve.

  Lokasi baru nya lebih mudah dicari namun sayang, seharusnya dengan lahan baru ini dibuat design yang lebih bagus pengaturan baik secara arsitektur bangunan, interior dan landscape nya dan terutama area parkir karena BCA, bank sejuta umat, pasti ruame! Tapi yang ada, parkir agak ribet bahkan untuk mobil kecil, bangunannya memang seragam ciri khas BCA, tapi bukan berarti ga bisa dipercantik kan arsitekturnya, masa kalah sama bank kompetitor lainnya?!
