  So in terms of the physical building itself, location and facilities; it's great! So convenient, the bank, auto & housing financing and other financial services are all in one place..not to mention the awesome, standardized service excellence demonstrated by all of their staff (including security guards)..as for BCA Finance financing mechanism and their odd charges; now that's a whole different story.

  Telpon ke BCA tiap hari, selama 2 minggu sibuk terus.
  Tiap telpon nunggu disambung kira2 butuh waktu 2menit per telpon.
  Sehari telpon 10x dikali Rp. 2500 (2mnt) kali 10 hari
  Lumayan 250ribu, untuk dengerin nada sambung Heheheeeeeeee

  Pelayanannya buruk, tetutama parkiran dan satpamnya, muter2 gak ada parkiran satpam diem aja, udah muter ada yg kosong malah di isi mobil lain padahal sudah bilang satpamnya Mungkin hanya di rekrut dari sma mangkanya kurang sopan.

  Sy kecewa dg bca finance Krn keterlambatan byr slm 2 bln pd wkt akan sy byr smua tdk diterima dg alasan buka blokir dg diminta uang sejumlah Rp.1,750,000 dan sy tdk mau membayar kemudian turun jd Rp1.250.000 sampai turun mjd 1jt dan sy tawar 500.000 Krn tdk ada dlm akta perjanjian kredit dan sampe skrg sy tdk diperkenankan melakukan kewajiban sy unt membayar angsrn,,,tolong ditanggapi fihak bca finance

  It can be quite crowded at times. You should go to smaller branches of BCA, like one in Klampis.
