The first and most complete Auto Toyota 2000 workshop in Surabaya (not including paint and body repair). Good service according to Auto 2000 standards. Service Advisors are friendly and quite helpful in vehicle repair information. The lounge is quite comfortable and there is tea / coffee and snacks. Sales staff are always ready to provide information about the vehicle. The workshop is not too wide, but routine service work in general can be completed quickly, especially with express facilities. Because of the limited reception area, service vehicles have to wait in line.
