Recently i brought my car to this place. Left it there for 3 day to change the fog lamp and general check of the whole car. After 3 days i was told i should change oil, which i recently changed. Well, i dont consider changing oil a general service. Few days later, the hose to radiator got unplugged and the engine literally cooked itself. So people in this service couldnt find any issue on hose for 20 dollars after 3 days and that cost me 5000 dollars now. I strongly recommend to reconsider your visit at this place since i dont trust this service at all.

Very professional customer service team and always friendly and helpful staff. They've got a pretty good waiting room on the second floor with WiFi, free coffee etc where you can get some work done if the services is just an hour or so.

Dissampointed!!!!!

I want buy water wiper but the staff said still break, I ask her to help be can't do anything. First and last come to Auto 2000 Sanur, will be better go to Auto 2000 Denpasar!! Staff more helpful!!!!
