  If I wasn't for the great service from the service rep, I'd have given this a 2 or 3. This is not a review about Toyota, but of this particular place. I am always confused how a car can go in one condition and come out another. This seems to be a trend in Indonesia. After service had a whole lot of oil in my carpet (lucky it was the cheap mud guard carpet I bought) and also damage to me door panel. Pak Adi apologised off the oil (shouldn't have happened in the first place) and quickly helped me get a new door panel (also, shouldn't have happened). If not for Pak Adi, definitely a 2 star rating.
