In Astra Toyota, they provide a customer satisfaction service. They will service your vehicle will full heart. I really love their service compare to other competitors. Always good service.

The downside is as this place is quite crowded during working days, sometimes the quality of work is not as good as expected.
There is one time that the spooring process was not done after replacing the engine oil pan. This caused the front tires to worn out in one side just in 4 months period.
Overall I would gave 7.5 out of 10 for the work quality for this moment.
Hopefully it would be better in the future.
Worst Auto2000 ever, oh wait, worst authorized Toyota Workshop ever. Come with neutral mind, hoping they will help me solve the error code occured on my car. But after waiting 30mins for the SA serve one customer, i come up in the hope that he can help me. After i told him the problem he said “it took us 2 days to check the problem” yes. Two frickin business day only to check the error code that i already know. “Because for GR we only work it paralel when there’s no PM cust” he said. Yap the GR will only “disambi” by them. They only care about the periodical maintenance cust only 😂 i suggest you to find other authorized toyota dealer.
Good showroom and service center for Toyota car. This showroom is located inside Lippo Cikarang area. Quick services for customer but it would be better if they booking first before coming. Clean and tidy service center, good explanation from the service advisor for their customer when come for regular car service. Clean waiting room for the customer, available for free tea or coffee.
Overall the service is good.
Need to pay attention how to manage the queue. I have booked the earliest service appointment and I have come 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. However I think I did not get prioritized service. I just wondered why I have to book if I cannot get prioritized service
I would like to suggest to give customer 7am booking time appointment. The earliest appoinment is 8am but the officer already standby from 7am. So why not give the 7am appointment option for customer? I can have more time to do my work

I would like to suggest to have information display inside the waiting room. Customers can check their car's progress at the information display. This is very useful as customer can predict and plan while waiting the car being serviced.
Other idea is to have more power outlets so that customers can charge their laptop, handphones and other devices
