Best place in Cilacap to stay. Decent restaurant and good ambience. Hotel staff very supportive in providing short distance drop off to nearby locations to the guest.

a small, nice and comfortable hotel, located near the city centre with helpful and friendly staff. What I like about this hotel is it's decorated with lotsa paintings, but sometime it's kinda noisy because the loud music from the rooftop lounge

Cons
- I have booked a deluxe room and made full payment through agoda since 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately when I checked in, female front office staff with her unpleasant attitude, could not give no smoking room with large bed as per my request. After I showed her a copy of my booking confirmation, she tried to find the room that I expected. This issue should not need to happen if from the beginning she try to find me a room that I have booked and paid since 3 weeks ago.

Currently it is the best hotel in Cilacap. The junior suite room is not as spacious as in other hotels with similar room type. The room is quite comfortable, though. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is relatively varied.
