Good location n quite clean, although very basic amenities for the price. Very poor staff services, when we asked them to change the battery remote, no one come. The shower not really satisfying, not hot enough and not big enough. Had to wait long time for ordering taxi.

good size deluxe room and good variety of breakfast spread. Mall nearby for dinner n shopping. but note that no hairdryer or iron in room and u can actually hear the busy street in the day.

Nice hotel and perfect bathroom. But small variety of food served at their breakfast buffet. The path in front of the hotel which leads to the road where people cross to get to the Summarecon Mall is dark. Think it will be safer if they can provide lights along that path.

Stars : 3.6 actually, price 550k from Nusatrip
Location: prime area at Summarecon Serpong, easily identified, across the Summarecon Mall Serpong, so you can spend time kongkow there
Check in handling: we were arrive at 16.30 pm friday (public holiday) and need to wait for 50 min cause the room is not ready yet, the check in shall be 14.00 pm
Waiting area: sofa is provided but not enough for everyone although can wait in the dining area, the AC is not cold enough
Room: very wide, with single room apartment model (36 m2), having sitting room (only one sofa and its table, also long table), one TV which can be rotated to sleeping room. Refrigerator and safetybox are available. Bathroom have shower and bathup, becareful cause its hot water is difficult to be adjusted, no hairdryer
Pool & gyn: located at 1st floor, the pool is enough for getting wet, some of its ceramic floor is broken. The gym equipments are complete and satisfying, but the room is rather smell and AC is not cold enough

A good place to spend the night with nice breakfast offer. Just i wish we could play the piano in the corner!!! Or just put it in the lobby i guess. Overall it was a quiet good stay! ❤

Always stay at the Atria hotel when I come to Jakarta. Rooms are comfortable, clean, great views, and the staff are always welcoming and pleasant. The shopping mall a two minute walk from the hotel offers everything that you need, and a vast number of restaurants. Restaurant in the hotel offers a wide range of Western to Indonesian food for their morning breakfast, which is great. There's a reason why I always stay at the Atria hotel, where it's always a comfortable, affordable and pleasant stay.

Inconvinient parking place, located outside without roof. If raining then will be problem. No free parking for dropping guest within 5 minutes, unless we ask for registration/ stamp in concierge.

The hotel located near a huge shopping centre. The interior is nice and cozy too. Perfect for a short stay. I managed to grab a quick bites at the hotel lounge and bar. It was good too.

if there is 10 star i would probably set it as 100 star. jk . this hotel is so comfortable, the staffs are friendly and the bed is super comfy! i came here with a really painful back and trust me i went with a really fit body!

This hotel is quite enjoyable compare to the reasonable price they offered. The location which close to the big mall of Sumarecon Serpong will make easier for the guests to find the needs. The restaurant provide various local food, however if you want to enjoy the international food you should walk to Sumarecon Mall. Lobby of the hotel is not so big, but we can find friendly staff. please don't choose room in the top floor. Even though we have beautiful view, but we can not take a rest because of noisy machine.

After a week plus stay I consider the Atria as just okay. The food and beverage is fine but selection is below average and something as simple as take away coffee is like pulling teeth. The normal rooms are average fare for a European style room, clean, simple and comfortable. The wifi/internet is fairly slow. In the end I would stay again if necessary but not my first or second choice.

Hotel was comfortable, but service was bad. Room service: ordered ice cream. Waited more than an hour and finally received a bowl of melted ice cream, WITH A FORK. No spoon. 'Do Not Disturb' door hanger broke the first time I tried to put it on the doorknob. No big deal, right? Hotel charged me 48,000IDR to replace it! A tiny, flimsy, worthless piece of plastic. Absurd price, especially in Indonesia.

I am a bit of a spoiled person, I like my beds big and my hotels loyal. Three things turned me off to this hotel. First, the beds were small, I couldn't get a queen size bed. Second, the staff called me at 1120 am asking me if I wished to extend my stay, or leave. I was under the impression that check out was noon, guess not but I hated being badgered. Third, after tipping the man who gets taxis I dropped money as a result of being asked for the address again after I had gotten the money out to tip and delivered a tip,,dude took the money and then closed the door. Ha, it was less than a US dollar but still the principle! Over the amenities are nice and the hotel is clean and OK, but it's a 3 star claiming to be a four star and a two star to me.

This hotel has excellent service. Room and amenities were served well. For the next improvement please repair and make tidy the parking area. It was so dangerous because of no adequate lighting and near the open land. We afraid of snake and dangerous insects. But overall for the cleanliness and the service of hotel itself were good.Thank you.

Luxurious and it isn't expensive at all. This Hotel restaurant named as Bianco Restaurant. Bianco has a lot of menu and so delicious. Anyway, if you have DisTime App, you can get discount in this place up to 50%.

Just stayed 4 nights for workshop. The room very clean. Feel warm and cozy. Love the view from my room and swimming pool. Nice location cause very near from crowd. Visit mall next to hotel on foot.

1. For me, it's an expensive rate (superior) prefer head to head w/ the same star /competitor in Jakarta.
2. Very bad quality for Air conditioner (we've setup temp. Control on the a.c remote control to16deg cel, after few hours, still equivalen with room temperature)*
*We've book 4 same room class with different floor.
3. Technical problem only, please fix all the card keys and door handle to open the door more friendly and easy to operated.
