  Rumah tinggal dengan arsitektur gaya benteng HAMBURG. Pagar keliling terbuat dari batu kali. Rumah di dalam bergaya amerika White House. Taman sangat luas dan hijau dengan patung tersebar di seluruh area.
  Sebuah karya arsitektur yg menonjol di kota Malang.
