They have nice interior and exterior hotel design. They have a good restaurant, bar, meeting room, mushola, toilet, and bedroom. But their lobby was too small and not too friendly

Not good but not bad. Food is well. But, the services are weird. First day the haven't put the towel inside the room while it's already 5pm. The water rarely change if you don't drink it. They didn't add more if they see you also have your own drinking water. Sometimes they left the sticks for steering the drink in the toilet.

The good thing is, the food. The food is nice and affordable. The price of food if you order based on the price inside your bedroom, there are promotion packages, the food started from around 25K. Best one is their fruit salad. The price and taste are so good.

Remember, please ask them to give you the view to the parking lot if you are alone. I am not really enjoying my sleep if the room is facing another area. I have tried to stay in two different rooms.

This hotel is very close to novotel and not really far from the airport. Beside, the traffic in Lampung is not bad.

I celebrate 2018 new year on this hotel. It is very nice experienced with their New Year Party. Room is clean. The problem I got is when in the Sunday morning, there is some church fellowship activity in this hotel and its noisy in the Sunday morning.

Parking service un satisfied due to pay some money for parking, and some gay reseption unfriendly cause looking like discriminated social live, if customer like a rich man the gay resseption always full smile but if customer like litle poor always get unsatisfied service.

Guest needed to pay for parking, eventhough we only paid once for the rest of our stay. Swimming pool looked not well maintained could have had clearer water. Bathroom room towel felt a bit worn. Staffs were great and helpful.

Very noisy , they do the maintenance next to my room. The jetwasher was leaking. And there's only one elevator. The receptionist, they know nothing at all about their own city. Terrible

This hotels have a good room but bad at key services. You cannot duplicate your room key for your roommate and the elevator needs the key to run. So you always ask for bellboy services when you want to use the lift.

Good location if we have business with bukit asam coal.min and other nearest industry. Little bit far from mall..good and clean environment. Aston food standard, but they have to re check the food quality more better.

My review:

1) this hotel extremely weird the window has been installed with quiet big gap, so i can hear the noise from outside every night!

2) the room smelled awful and dirty

3) the bed linen wasn’t changed

4) at first we checked in, we got wrong room that has another guest insight.

5) the air conditioner quiet hot

Came at at the hotel and couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready. Not even apology from the front office when we could enter the room after waiting for 3 hours. Bathroom cleanliness was ok. Towel a bit old because it not quite white in color. Bedsheet also seemed weird. They fix the bed sheet only at half the matress. Didn't complain about the weird sheet because we already too tired in the night.

Stay 4nites on Jan 1-4, 2017. Clean hotel, since it just open 1 year ago. Very manner staffs. Breakfast is ok. Location not in city centre, though.
