Poor restaurant service - product knowledge, service time. It takes 45 min to get a bottle of wine. Poor house keeping service - no one pick up the phone. Need 2 times to call house keeping & front office and takes 55 min for sending engineering to fix the TV in the bedroom. Chemical foam floating in the water / beach.

The beach and pools are good. The room is small. The breakfast is okay. Good place to bring your kids and play by the beach. Mount Krakatoa is very much on sight (weather allowed).

This hotel is new and nice. The area is not so wide but it is very compact. Swimming pool and outdoor field for dinner are in service. The rooms divided into 2 views, room with village view and rooms with sea view. The atmosphere is so nice, you can relax to see sunset coming. This hotel also has several meeting rooms with balcony facing the sea. It is not so far away from Jakarta, it takes only 3 hours drive through toll road. Very very nice and highly recommended

If you want to enjoy the beach and the pool in anyer, you could note this place in your list. They have nice pool, long beach and nice view. The food is average compared to other astons. The room is great, if the room balcony face to the sea In the weekend they have foamy party. Sometimes they held on the beach

The hotel is nice and clean with private beach. However the location is quite far from the nearest mall so it’s quite hard to get familiar food for meal. However the hotel’s meal is not too expensive.

Best hotel in Anyer so far and been visiting here for 4 times. But the restaurant should improve they kitchen management better as I waited my meal for almost 30 mins every single time I ordered.

Enjoy our family quality time here. with the fact that both my husband and i work in safety sector. would be great if Aston can do drill for tsunami, earthquake, and fire for their guests, this can be done with BPBD Banten. there should also some attractive reading materials that can be put in lounge, so the guests can be more comfort while they are waiting in line for check in or check out. i wonder, do you happen to have kids club here? i saw many children that stay here with their parents, having a kids club with many fun activities could give added value

The hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The staff were very helpful, loved the service, like an ice cold drink as soon as we enter the door. Loves the stunning view of the beach from our 3rd room floor. Our bathroom was perfect as it was! Everything was great and we cannot wait to go back in the future.

Pleasant stay but it's still could be improved.
Safety for small kids at the room with balcony needs to be improved. The balcony fence could fit small kids so it's dangerous for small kids to come out to the balcony. The door's lock to the balcony was too low that it can be easily reached and opened by my 2 year old. Please add an extra higher lock.response / report this review -

Great stay, most things exceed our expectations. Will stay here again when visiting Anyer. The breakfast was nice, the pool was clean, room was clean with adequate size. The beach was good, not a lot of space to swim in because of the many corals but they do provide a swim area near the restaurant dock. The staff greet us every time, very friendly and helpful. Awesome view from the 6th floor or any room with a balcony facing the sea perhaps. We didn't take the balcony room, will get one next time.

Hotel very family oriented. Perfect location for watching the magnificent sunset. Staff very attentive and helpful. Would have liked to use stairs instead of lift (elevator) but could only find emergency stairs. Main road to the hotel diabolical, appalling condition. Huge delays over last few km because new road being built and traffic management non existent. On way to hotel, 45 minutes delay. On way back, 1.5 hours delay. Road on to Carita Beach (for trip to Krakatoa) also appalling condition.

Small hotel, small room, very minimalist facilities, so so breakfast, limited parking space. Quite nice and clean, except when we had breakfast there was so many flies in the restaurant area. The beach small and no warung at all, many small corals. So its just okay. Not sure will ever stay here again, but not many options in this area.

Small hotel, small beach, mediocre service, clean room, and new hotel in anyer. Two days stay is nice, more than that, you would be bored to death as there is no any other activities and no local attactions. For longer stay, plan on going to krakatoa or ujung kulon trip by boat would be nice

Awesome place in Anyer and speechless to many question. i think you'll be look really naturlly place exactly beach and hotel aston. very very clean better than other hotel in Anyer..let's begin to travelers and enjoy.
