Worst customer service, scheduled technician visit 2 days before. Then, on the day of visit they request to change the date. Tried many times to call CS and they declined to answer. I know they can pick up my call because they did before. They just dont want to talk.. what kind of service that actively refusing to talk to customer? Not recommended
