  Terrible waiting times, and the vet I saw for my dog was very very unprofessional. Glad we made the swap to Groovey pets. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

  Good vet service for your pet in jakarta. But it's not open 24hours and close on sunday. The price for the service is little high. It's better to get reservation before come because of the long queue

  My favorite animal clinic. They're also the owner of JAAN (Jakarta Animal Aid Network) so you can tell that they really care about animals! The waiting room is air conditioned, clean, and they also sell a wide variation of animal goods. My dog had 2 surgeries here, one for pyometra and the other one for tumor removal. Both went well and she is doing great now. Sure it was pricey but totally worth it.

  Ridiculous waiting times. Be prepared to wait over 1 hour. And they don't take appointments. Not worth the drive
