there are tv, table, some place to hang your clothes, ac, fullbody mirror, and the hotel don't provide water heater for twin and individual room,,

Budget hotel, leave it at that..
Pros:
Quite cheap, but should be cheaper considering the room condition.
Friendly staff
Cons:
Check in services should be improved.
Room cleanliness should be better
Bathrom no exhaust fan
Plain room decoration
Air conditioning takes time to cool the room
Suggestion:
Consider the room decor to make a cozier athmosphere
Some LED lights be more energy effiecient, and your sheet will definitely looks cleaner..

It's a simple and straightforward budget hotel. Bed was comfortable, the sheet was clean, hot shower worked very well. I used to make my own coffee with coffee bean I always brought, and although this hotel didn't provide electric kettle, it had hot water dispenser outside the room, at the corridor. Good value for money!

Well, first of all I should say that this is a 2-star hotel so your expectation must be fairly adjusted. The room is good, not so much tv channel but still okay, great view if your room has window to the main road, and the breakfast is surprisingly good. For a budget hotel, this one is definitely a fair option
