it was a good experience to stay there. simple and quick check in process, you can also get your personal wifi password (but their internet connection not so good sometimes). the most convenient thing is there's a minimarket and souvenir shop downstairs. For breakfast, they served a traditional Palembang food, tekwan, mie celor, and another food like fried rice, toast, etc.

had to leave at 10am and called front desk to clean my room, when i cameback at 01pm,feeling so tired and exhausted,my room still uncleaned, after 3 calls to front desk, at 02pm the cleaning boy finally came, it really suck

The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast. Unbelievably good.

But, there're no complimentary coffee/tea (sachet) inside room, no water boiler to make coffees, the room just too small for a 3 star hotel, etc.

But the breakfast is so good. I'd comeback here just for the food, but to stay here again? I don't think so.

Reception cewek jutek
Minta doble kunci kmr aha ndak dikasih. Namanya sekamar berdua. Temen blm dtg masak mau nggelandang didepan Musti gontok2an dulu mintanya. Pelit senyum
Pelayan restonya tu jauh lbh sopan dan cekatan. Tuker saja karyawatinya Saya respek sama oelayan cew rambut pnjang yg di resto. Sopan senyum. Cekatan.
Kamar relative sempit.
Tapi air panas kenceng enak.
Over all lumayan lah

This is the best Amaris hotel so far. I've visit some Amaris hotels and I love this hotel the way it is placed in downtown.
The restaurant has various menus and of course local menu called Tekwan also provided, but not Pempek.
We can buy pempek not far from the hotel by Angkot or Gojek.
I'll be back to this hotel on my next visit to Palembang.

Nobody speaks english.
Realy bad communication.
The hotel doesn't sell alcoholic drinks.

A good budget hotel, worth the money with quite a new building. There is Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Beringin pempek just beside of the hotel, so it is quite convenient to look for food. The location is also convenient to reach other area. I will certainly come back to this hotel, when I'm visiting Palembang for business trip.

I don't know where we have mistake. But I took 1 hours to check-in. Management hotel said hasn't received hotel voucher from our travel tour even i have my voucher on my pocket. At the end i check-in with deposit as much as room price. And on the second day, management hotel called me twice not the tour travel when I'm on a middle of workshop. It has same menu on breakfast. 3 days in row.

It is too expensive for budget hotel, the accommodations is for budget but the price isn't. need more place for parking. this hotel has mini market and 3 restaurants, a lot taxi parked there, which is good.
