The bedsheet got red stain and shoe stain on it. Breakfast was so little meat, just rice and noodle.

Not bad, but nothing special. Wide room, clean toilet & good AC. The room didn't design to reduce a noisy from outside. Hope the breakfast more various than today. It's a good value if there is different path for guess and staf.

1. ordering hot tea in the restaurant had to wait 1.5 hours turns on the confirm back, the restaurant of the hotel amaris kupang to say has not been made and the reason no one is ' feel ' the order
2. Room key already in the troubled, complain of daytime when out of the room, turns the timeout back to the hotel in the evening to rest still experiencing the same thing and just followed up middle of the night when the hotel guests want to break 😡 😡 😡 😡
3. the new room given was very disappointing, bathroom dirty and smell unpleasant, dirty bed (we had to move the stuff at 12.30 am nights)

Came here with two friends. Location is close to the airport, near hypermart and KFC. The room was okay, considering the price. Unfortunately, both of my friends got rooms that had very strong scent of cigarettes (meanwhile the staff didn't ask about smoking or non-smoking room). One of the rooms didn't supply any toiletries (towel, slippers, toothbrush, etc) and the reason was because they don't ran out of towels (like what?). Moreover, when I checked out there was another customer complaining on the cleanliness and readiness of the room the night before (they arrived to a room very filthy). Also, when I checked out to make it efficient I asked for the front desk staff to bring my baggage down while I have my breakfast. The staff said okay and reconfirm my room number. However, as I was about to leave and asked for my baggage they hadn't brought it down and it took 15 minutes to bring down one bag.

No star for this hotel.. arrived already late at night, the room and the bed is very dirty.. yellow stained everywhere on the bedsheets, hairs under the blanket on all three rooms that i booked.. not recommended at all.. the towels were still wet, the staff just rolling them, thought maybe the guest wont checked.. very disappointed. Wont come back here again,
I will recommend Tmore Hotel that closer to the airport for whose looking for transit hotel..

Not even one star for this hotel, but i cant post without giving a star

New Building, clean & comfort room, you can still work on the table in your room.
But breakfast menu is not as good as the same 3 star hotel in neighborhood, need to improve breakfast menu. If breakfast didnot become your concern than this hotel is good for stay.

It is probably the biggest Amaris Hotel that I have ever seen among others of similar brand. It has large room, bathroom, dining space and spacious parking lot. The design is a standard of 3-star hotel with minimum facilities. It does not provide electric coffee pot in the bedroom, but water dispenser is available in hallway. The swimming pool is decent, but it does not have much privacy as it is located near the dining room and lobby. Excelso is located in adjacent to the lobby. Good place to hang out with friends who come to visit during your stay.

Agak kecewa dengan Amaris Hotel Kupang. Staffnya lambat dan kurang sigap. Malam sebelum check out request early breakfast dan dijanjikan akan disiapkan breakfast box karena harus mengejar flight pagi. Akan tetapi pagi harinya tidak siap dan akhirnya kami batalkan karena harus ke bandara. Staff hanya diam dan tidak mengatakan apa-apa.

Room and bathroom: Space is used efficiently leaving not much for you. Clean and neat. Warning: The beds are a bit on the soft side, if you need a firm bed this is not the place
Breakfast: The breakfast area is called Xpress Cafe which gives you a heads up that you won't be spending time perusing the buffet dividing it into round 1-3. Simple fare is served here.
Other: There is nice outdoor coffee shop connected to the hotel but not part of the hotel. The pool is suitable for small fish or people learning to tread water. There is a free shuttle service to the airport.

This hotel is perfect for single or couple but not very comfortable for family with kids, because there is no extra bed option. The staffs are friendly and the location is great since it's near to most of shopping center. You can also order a "taxi" or rental car to take you anywhere either for sightseeing or business. Two things that can be improve are the consistency of the porridge as breakfast, and more hooks in the bathroom. Overall I have good experience staying in this hotel.
