very clean hotel with super friendly staff who stand day and night ready for you. Quiet location within walking distance of café and restaurants. Excellent price-quality ratio. Excursions with very flexible capabilities through the Yogya Tour with Achmad Ridwal, we will be back

One of the most quiet and the cleanest places we stayed in Indonesia. We absolutely loved every single moment passed here: the rooms were small but clwan, the breakfast excellent, the owner was so attentive and lovely.

Very kind/ helpful staff. Nice Indonesian breakfast (as a choice). Room has no window to the outside but the inside of the hotel does not have a roof and there is a nice small garden. Hotel is difficult to find.

Terrible place. Everything you would expect from a place 1/2 the price. Tiny rooms. Very noisy. Can hear every sound from the other rooms and the lobby. One small bottle of water. No toiletries, not even soap. No WiFi in rooms!! Even the cheapest hotels have WiFi. Pathetic.

Best in Jogyia!!! very clean room, great staff (so friendly) great breakfast (fesh fruits etc) and if you need some info about Jogiya, the owner (Made) originally from Spain/France?is soo knolegable about Indonesia in generalthe man is likea librairie (love to speak French and make you feel at homeand Rati is the best (jokingthey all very nice) I ll be back

Pros: Very clean rooms and very friendly staff.
