  Cancelled airline ticket after I paid cash at Alfamart. Claimed to refund, but how is this possible if payment is made by cash at Alfamart?

  After booking a return trip ticket on their website, they charged me full amount but when only for ONE WAY , because they had an issue with my booking. They did not want to accept responsibility of messing the booking up and were not helpful at all. I had to rebook another ticket and pay for it.
  
  Having had this unpleasant experience , I would strongly discourage anyone from using Airpaz. It was their mistake and they refused to take ownership. Hope this does not happen to anyone else and I certainly hope they look into this matter pronto.

  I booked a return trip ticket. They charged me full amount but only got me one of my ticket, because they had an issue booking. They did not want to accept responsibility of messing the booking up. I have to get another ticket at my own cost.
  
  I would never recommend Airpaz to anyone after this experience. They do not take ownership of their mistake.
  Don't trust them.
