The waterfall Kilawik can be reached in 45 minutes from City of Sambas by walk to the nearest drop point and continue another 45 minutes by walk. You may also reach the drop point from Aruk Indonesia Border Office (PLBN) in about 5 minutes by car.
Along the way to the waterfall, you'll experience vary types of trail, from the man mad steep pathway, muddy, and rocky. It is very recommended to not to bring hand-carry bag but rather a backpack-carry.
At the location, you will be surrounded by a very natural condition you'll not find elsewhere. Please respect the nature and especially don't leave your trace such as trashes/rubbishes. Enjoy!response / report this review -
