  Not friendly to newcomers, paying pdam has already been mentioned, the customer number 2x is still wrong input, when asked for a solution he doesn't want to help instead he answers "don't want to know"
  Even though I didn't ask for my money back, because I know the bill cannot be refunded,
  Until I take care of it myself to the Pdam customer who I pay the bill
