  Nice place, nice rooms. Unfortunately staff not efficient and customer friendly. First card doesn't work, then we find out our room already occupied. Took us 15 minutes to check in. Never again....

  Great place to transit over a few hours, booked the Solo Plus room. Very spacious room with clean toilet and shower, the bed was decent. Noise wise my room was fine, highly recommend.

  Not good, not bad. Works as a transit hotel. Hard to find at first as there are no maps in the area. You have to go through immigration to get to the hotel unlike the sama sama which is still in the airport, which means stamp and finger scan, then go back through immigration and security when you check back in for your flight. Don't forget to bring cash for the extra tourist fee, its 10 ringgits

  Very poor sound proofing. Room’s walls are just partition board. We can clearly hear some ‘loading truck’ kinda noise at night. Unable to fall asleep and we’ve to catch a flight at dawn...
