  Definitely the best private workshop for Volkswagen. Pleasantly surprised they offer warranty for all repairs. Definitely recommend.

  Was initially hesitant to go to VAG because it seemed to be very expensive from the reviews. However, after engaging their services, found that for the price I was paying and the services I received, VAG service offered extreme value for money. In addition, their technical specialists were very knowledgeable and professional. To all fellow VW owners out there, if you want peace of mind and value for your dollar, this is the place to go.

  Always a good experience at VAG. A very professional shop, from the way you are treated when you walk in until you are leaving, it's a level of customer service I've never experienced with a local automotive shop. Everyone is knowledgeable, nice, respectful, and communicative.
  
  I've been taking both my Audi A4 and VW GTI to VAG for almost 3 years. I've had several technical challenges with my car but they have always been able to figure things out! Always a peace of mind knowing I'm dealing with VAG experts.
  
  If you need any performance work or general maintenance on the makes they specialize in I highly recommend giving them a shot. Keep up the good work!!

  Since my new car warranty expired last year, I've been searching for a worthy workshop to maintain my Audi. I've tried a few before VAG and I must say VAG's experience stands out. I emailed them, got a reply within a couple of hours and got my appt fixed. Drop the car in on the agreed date morning and they car was ready by noon time. They were also able to identify the irritating knocking noise from my under-carriage when all the others can't. I read that some say they are expensive but I find their charges to be reasonable (especially when you compare to the agent). Very fast turn around, organized and very professional. Keep up the good work VAG!

  I am a first time customer at VAG. My car has always been maintained by agent as I believe in good customer service and pleasant experience - hate having to deal with unprofessional dubious car workshops. As a female car owner, I always dread having to go to those typical car workshops. I am pleasantly surprised and am very happy with the services provided by VAG. Service guy was detailed in his explanation of what needs to be replaced on my car and what can wait. That’s something I appreciate especially for a person like me who is not knowledgable about cars. Price is good for a proper specialist shop. Happy to have found you guys 👍.

  Excellent and fast service . My radiator fan malfunctioned and the engine warning light was on . VAG provided genuine parts and charged half of what VW Service quoted me . And VAG did not ask me to make unneccessary replacements. I like VAG's honest assessments ; down to earth attitude and prompt service - that I am switching to them for future mileage services

  VAG Singapore is by far the most specialised workshop for Audi and Volkswagen cars in sg and possibly in the whole of asia.
  
  So many of my friends love their great service and they do have such a great team there. Keep it up guys!
