  Excellent staying in this hotel.
  Clean and large room, comfortable bed and great service.
  Various menu for breakfast and having swimming pool that also good.
  Definitely i'll stay in this hotel again if i come back to Batam.

  first of all i wanna say: SUPERB!!. I love staffs hospitality. their hospitality is adequate, not that cheesy, and i like that.
  i came around 5pm plus and due to overbooked for my type of room, they upgrade my room type to plus (no additional charge) . this plus room have balcony.
  technically i have a quality rest there. the floor i stayed not noisy, no noisy neighborhood, i have my own balcony, i can see outside, sunset, full moon, so many mosque that make me feel like a home.
  
  food also match with my personal palate. they really put health protocol during this pandemic. appreciate staffs hardworks.
  
  inside bedroom they also put air circulation filter for make sure guest stay are safe.
  
  i just check out and i missed to stay again already.
  
  keep the hardwork,guys!🙏👍

  We stayed in this hotel during pandemic,
  The protocol was great.
  Breakie served on buffet style. And really follow the covid protocol.
  Swimming pool was good. Not too big. And is covered by building shadow. So the kids can swim all day long.
  
  Room service was OK. Price reasonable.
  
  Room is big and the bed was comfy.
  
  Will back again in future.

  Quite a new hotel. Room is big and comes with a firm and comfortable bed. Wide selection of TV channels. Improvement can be made at the buffet meals as the food selection is almost the same every day. Also suggest that the coffee lounge at the lobby can be opened earlier instead of 11am every morning.

  Overall, experience in the hotel was good. Friendly staff & room was clean. Though the towel rack was hanging loose & need maintenance. Breakfast has a wide variety of items but not all was tastefully nice. It was so-so.
  
  Lobby was bright and spacious. Lovely entrance to the hotel. Shuttle bus to/fro Nagoya Shopping mall needs to have more frequent timing.

  Pros: Very pleasant stay at the hotel! It has a 5 star treatment and service! Great for cleanliness since its a new hotel.
  
  Cons: Surrounding is not convenient , though Nagoya mall is nearby and within walking distant, but there is no pavement for pedestrians to walk as constructions aroundso have to take taxi to everywhere.
  Breakfast is ok.. the cold cuts aren't fresh.

  Fantastic hotel in town! The service was excellent, the staff was lovely, very polite and so helpful. The room was clean, spacious and they got family room if you are traveling with your kids. The food so good and lots of breakfast choice. I'd love to come back to Aston Batam for my next trip.

  A great hotel with new and modern facilities. The staff smiles and shine. The best hotel staff I've encountered in Batam so far. Even the breakfast is actually tasty. The only downside is that the pool is somewhat small and boring. Still, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near Nagoya Hill Mall, which the hotel provide free shuttle service. Good job, Aston!

  Fluffy beds, clean environment.
  The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast menu. Being one of the top rated hotels, I think the hotel provides "cheap" menus. I think they can improve on the breakfast menu and include like hams, western, hash browns, sausages, etc.
  Overall, GREAT STAY tho'!
