Great place. Masseurs are highly trained. Awesome customer service.

Only thing is that they add service charge and tax on top of the price. Why can't they just put the exact price?

Cozy, welcoming and definitely relaxing. Good value for money. Fill in form to specify areas to focus and avoid as well as preferred pressure. Friendly staff. Great masseuse. Will be back!

Actually I had a massage Sanur and Ubud many times, it's worst balinese massage in here Seminyak. I visited here at night, so may be staffs are tired or just I am unlucky. Anyway Massage was very unprofessional and also massage room was not comfortable. It can be hard recommend to you.

Don't go here if you are looking for a good balinese massage. We had one rejuvenate and one relax but it turned out that they are the same. The worst is my massaseur was just rubbing oil all over my body for an hour! She had no interests in doing proper massage, just killing time. Then they charged 11% tax + 6% service fee on top of rate card.

A few days after getting to Bali I wanted to get a massage at a spa with good reviews! 90 minutes starts at about $300,000 IDR (Around $30 CAD) which in the moment I thought "omg that is so cheap!!", but now I realize is on the higher side for Bali.

    What I liked:
    - Getting to choose the oil
    - Good quality massage
    - Banana chips and tea at the end
    - Clean. Professional.

What I didn't really care for:
    - The price. Now that I have spent 2 months in Bali I have gotten massages of equal or greater quality for 1/2 or even 1/3rd of the price.
    - The rooms. I didn't really care for the corrugated tin rooms on the roof. It seemed a little too 'modern' to me and not very relaxing or zen like.

It was a good massage, but because it's not memorable, I won't be returning.

I had gone to a cheaper place for eyelash extensions and gotten terrible clumpy clusters of lashes glued to my lashes and eyelids (painful) came here to get them removed and have individual lashes put on and they look so much better. Don’t make the same mistake as me getting really cheap “extensions” and have to get them removed. Just go here if you want natural looking eyelash extensions. They will also do a free refill the next day if anything falls off. Total price for removal of my botched lashes and new individuals was 590k or about 43 usd.
EDIT: after a few days they started falling out and I noticed they were clusters of a few lashes close together (not the fan shaped ones I had to get removed but also not the individual lashes she showed me and agreed to before I got them done). Now because I have clumps falling out my eyelashes look pretty weird but anything is better than my first experience I guess.

Just wish that the price is cheaper. Service is amazing and the place is really nice. But i think they kinda have a lack of products especially for this big of a nail saloon. A couple things which amazed me is that they dont use any fan to dry out the nailpolish. And they used tissues to seperate each of my feet digits. Funny.

Avoid the micro dermabrasion facial, they do not know what they are doing. I've had it done many times before and have never been in so much pain during a microdermabrasion session, slight discomfortable maybe but not nearly as painful as whatever it is that they do there. Slightly over priced as well.

Not the best, okay if you have low expectations. One of my biggest pet peeves about spa/salon service is having your therapist mutter under her breath (seemingly complaining to her colleagues) in her native language, supposedly "unbeknownst" to her customer.

I had my eyelash extensions done exactly a week ago and at the end of it I noticed that the extensions on my right eye were uneven and particularly droopy. I raised the problem and my therapist repeatedly explained that she was merely "following my lash line". Well what can I say? Since she's implying that my lash line is crooked?! I quietly accepted the fact that my extensions weren't perfect. She also proceeded to sigh and mutter under her breath in Indonesian, which was followed by a short response from her colleague in the same room which really didn't make me feel comfortable at all.

70% of my extensions have since fallen out over the course of one week, which is super unflattering. Aren't they supposed to last at least two weeks?! Granted it could have been because of some water contact (Keeping in mind the 24h interval) at the beach clubs in Bali - but it's not like I'm an Olympic swimmer doing 100m laps?!

On a brighter note one thing I will really recommend is the oxygen mask, which I really enjoyed.

One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I’m sure there are cheaper places but the prices were good, and the whole place is very professional from start to finish. I’ll be going back and asking for Geko again, he has magic hands!

Came for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was great but I was disappointed by the way my nails were painted; it looked a bit untidy. I liked that they listened when I asked them not to cut my cuticles too short. They give you free ginger tea and banana chips while you get pampered. It felt a bit cramped and noisy in here.

Fantastic spa! I was in Bali for the first time just recently, where my now husband and I were getting married. Not knowing Seminyak very well a friend of mine suggested Amo Spa as a good place to go to if I wanted hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. I think we went to Amo about 3 different times during or visit from Australia. We had massages, body scrubs, facials, manicures, eyelashe extensions! Basically everything, so I feel like I have a fairly good idea of what their services are like. Oxygen facial was fantastic! My skin felt amazing for days.

When it came to my wedding we had hair and makeup done and I was so impressed! Myself and my bridesmaids loved it. They did an amazing job, extremely cost effective considering the quality. I'd imagine it would've cost double that in Australia.

I recommend Amo to anyone, even if it's just for a facial or manicure. But if you're looking for somewhere to have your makeup and hair done for a wedding then I'd strongly suggest them.

When I come back I will definitely be heading to Amo Spa. They are all beautiful people who are great at what they do!!

We've been going here 2-3 times every annual visit to Seminyak. Have to say the experience has gone slightly downhill. 2 of the 3 treatments (lash perming and eyebrow tinting) weren't available as they didn't have the solutions/dyes available. The bookings done via their new website (with increased pricing of about 10% since last year) didn't register so they didn't know we were showing up for 3 hours each worthy of treatments that I'd booked 2 weeks prior. They asked whether anyone had responded and I said no - I didn't realise I was waiting for a response as the site said thanks for the booking we look forward to welcoming you. Turns out it's a booking request that they are supposed to confirm. Not sure if management has changed but the experience and quality has definitely not been great this time around.

We loved our treatments at AMO day Spa. After the pedicure yesterday we decided to cancel our plans for today to go back to AMO and get massages and hair treatment. The service was friendly and very clean. We loved it so much - too bad today was the last day otherwise I'm pretty sure we would be back tomorrow! Very much recommended.

Can you please reply to my email I sent you last night. I'm not happy at all with my individual eyelashes that you promised would look natural and they are far from natural looking.

They were dropping due to glue being smothered all over them before I even left your salon and not just at the base of the lashes. Didn't want to write a bad review hence the reason I emailed you but you haven't responded so you have given me no choice but to write a review.

You also charged me £36 gbp for 2 plaits that I had the wash and blow dry myself before the appointment which is very expensive and is a rip off!!

I have had to remove my lashes due to them being so stiff and painful and I would like my money back please?

Please reply to my email - Taylor

My eyelash appointment was on the 3rd jan 2017 @4pm

    Thank you!

Had my current cluster eyelash exstensions removed and then replaced with individuals here.
Completely gentle and pain free experience. After 15 minutes of clear discussion the ladies understood exactly what I was asking for. (Shorter individual lashes and not put too close to the inner corner of my eyes like some other places do) definitely the place to go when it comes to lash refills or lash exstensions.

If you want a slightly more high level spa experience this is the place to visit. We used the Seminyak and Petitenget spas and both were fantastic. A little more pricey but worth it, especially if you want hair and makeup done. for the best makeup and hair therapist ask for Novi, she was brilliant!
