Very rude employees, don't go here unless you have some kind of fancy expensive bikes, price is too high compare to other shop, costumer treated like garbage here, that is, unless if you are extremely rich then they may bat an eye to you

Nice selection of parts, but some of the attendants are very very rude, they look down on you like you're some kind of beggar, and some of them can't even be asked for discussing on bike parts

Bad service, rude employes, rude owner, rude mechanics, the price is too expensive, sells knock off items with high price, not worthy for a review.one time i went there to get some parts and my friend is getting scammed also i got a really unpleasant service from the owners themself and what they did is this.
Me: hi, can i see that glove over there its really catching my eyes
Owner1: go to that girl (without even looking at me)
Me: hi, may i see that glove
Owner2: (gave me her palm without looking at me and she is talking to other person)
Me: (consuming my malice and still trying to be nice)
Owner2: (shes done talking) okay what do you want?
Me: can i see that glove
Owner2: (shouting at one employe) HEY GET ME THAT GLOVE
Me: (i found out that i could get a better one for their price) im sorry please put it back
Onwer2: dont answer
Well i hope that help you guys to not shop at this shop.find a better shop.there are tons of bike part shop in surabayaresponse / report this review -

They provided the biker with vast option of modification for their ride. Start from the cheap one, until the import one.

Bad costumer service, questionable originality of aftermarket accs, and custom parts, mostly overpiced rightnow, not like the old 3h

Barang yang kelas atas sangat komplit disini. Tapi bbrapa barang agak kemahalan harganya. Harus banyak cek harga diluaran dulu sebelum kesini. Mekanik cari yang jago. Pas pada kerja, amatin aja dulu, mana yg kerjanya ga ngaco, ga kebanyakan becanda dan gak srundal srunduuul
