This is a legendary, iconic book store of Budapest (even of Europe). Huge selection, excellent, skilled, professional, very friendly staff. Even prices are somehow acceptable. Well worth a visit.

I was very surprised with the book shop. It is in a touristic street, so it is compreensible the prices are quite expansive. But they have a huge collection of books in foreign languages and about Budapest.
They also have some tables and chairs in he second floor, where you can take -buy, I mean - a good coffee and relax during you read a part of a book or decide if.you will buy something. I felt very comfortable there!response / report this review -
