  Liamited service, lack of information. It is better and sometimes cheaper to get the train to Prague, it is more international than Budapest.. Hungary needs to provide more international bus services.

  Have to wait hours to finally get anything done. From at least four customer windows only one is open on a busy weekday afternoon. This is ridiculous A positive thing: the building is well-kept and spacious with a number of chairs and benches to sit on while your're waiting.
