  My husband and I have probably rented from United over 20 times and have always had a very positive experience. The cars always work properly, the service is friendly, and the prices are good. We will always rent with them as long as the price and service continue to stay great! Thanks for allowing us to have so many great roadtrip adventures!

  We hired a car to drive into Romania. It was in very good condition and we checked over the vehicle together before leaving. The staff were very helpful and we even downloaded apps of off line maps from the office before starting our trip.
  There was a very unreasonable customer at the counter when we returned and I was impressed with the way the staff remained calm and logical throughout.

  We rented a car on Easter from here since we could not find any other reasonable way to reach Croatia and I'm glad we did. Service was prompt, English was well spoken and all to all the service was really professional. Price was great with unlimited mileage and car was in good condition.
  
  There was no extra charge with me being under 25 years old. We checked the car for scratches and dents before leaving and took some photos. Same check happened when we came back and everything was alright. Deposit was back in my account after a 1 week.

  This car company was incredible. Not only were they more than willing to work with us and ensure that we had an enjoyable experience, but they were also just genuinely kind. I will definitely be doing service with them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks!

  Rented a car for a day trip to Slovania, and United Auto Rental made it easy for me to get the keys given my schedule. They stayed later and let me return the car at a more convenient time! Will be using them again!!

  My boyfriend and I went on a road trip and we rented a car for 2 weeks in July 16. The service was alright, not too expensive, the car was fine and everything made clear enough except when we realised at the border crossing with Montenegro that the international insurance we paid for had been forgotten by the car renting guys and we had to stay 1h stuck with the guards until we got it finally sent on a phone (at 6euros per minute international phone communication, this was not a good deal).
  Apart from that we rented a 110euros GPS that we could not use during our trip because there were no maps in it apart the one from Hungary. As written, phone being insanely expensive and since we were already 500km away, we mentioned the fact once back in Hungaria. A few days later, back home, I've kindly asked for a commercial gesture by email. I did not get any answer up to a month later after a third email, when I ended up arguing on the phone with a seemingly uncaring and aggressive person, without getting any relevant compensation. Working in the service industry myself, it is quite hard do understand and this is mainly why I'm leaving this rating.
