When we arrived there in the middle of the. Night the room was so cold and we asked can they turn on the heating the receptionist told us that we need to pay more for heating, and when i want to take a shower also he said we need to pay more for hot water, that is so brutal how the receptionist was impolite and we need to ask him twice for the bill. Only person who was polite there is cleaning lady when we was leaving the hotel.

The manager Mr. Zoltan was very friendly,helpful and in all respects concerned with our comfort or solving problems about where to go or howto get to destinations in Budapest. However,the room service could have better as we had a stained mattress and one day we were given a dirty towel.

Management has been changed recently, and the service is far superior to the old one.

The only good thing was that the staff were friendly. but unfortunately you Don't go to a 4 star hotel for the friendly attitude. the rooms were not clean when we entered, there was hair on the sheets, dust almost everywhere , the WiFi works only in the lobby. the breakfast was very poor. definitely not a 4 star hotel.

1/10 Would not come back.
