The campsite is excellent and the lake is too. The restaurant on the shore of the lake is also really good and the whole package is reasonably priced. When we were there a group of loud campers made a lot of noise into the night and there was no effort from the site to maintain quiet. The cleaning staff also need to clean the bathroom earlier in the morning as there are thousands of dead flies each morning. However, I'd highly recommend coming here.

A favourite campsite for many years now.. near the busy Badacsony which is close enough to break our pace with some gastro&wine-trips anytime. The camping is big enough, cosy&clean. Possible to play tabletennis, there is a net for walleyball and badminton. It has only a simple bar, but an own lido with clean coast of the Balaton. The staff is kind.

Great spot, friendly staff, good cheap food & drink on site, not too far from the central town i forget the name of, great pitches with plenty of little quirky huts with leccy and light, fire pits with cooking mounts, sports nets and tables all over. Only issue is the amount of 'filter reeds' around the site that block views (and mean the water is dodgy) 8/10

Nice and affordable camping with private beach. Friendly staff that speaks English and German. A hell of a lot of mosquitos at night though, the air is literally buzzing with them!

Cheerful camping on lake Balaton. Would stay again at the camp side but avoid the little cabins, this is just preference as the cabins are perfectly stocked for a little holiday away.

Fantastic campsite. Would go back today, clean and well defined. Location is good as well.
Only advice: please don't use the onsite buffet.

spacious campsite with nice private beach and friendly english speaking staff who were happy to charge our phones and look after our bags for a few hours after we checked out.

We had a great time staying here with my friends.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was large, and covered with fine grass. I enjoyed the food they were serving very much, and for a reasonable price. Also the layout of the whole camp was great.
It is worth getting up early and going for a swim, because the sunrise can be breathtaking when watched from the water.response / report this review
