Second stay in one year and again satisfied. Unfortunately, there was some problem with outer pool, which must have been closed in past days.

Amazing facilities, beautiful and clean rooms with fabulous view, perfect for all ages from 0 to 99, kind and polite staff, great food with good variety. Great location, easy access to the castle (go by car, walking would be longer) and to the ferry.
My only negative experience was with the bike hire: good bikes but very bad maintenance, the one that I got was in dangerous conditions and I had to rent another bike while cycling to avoid accidents, the other bikes didn't seem good either. This is a pity for such a good hotel and that's why I didn't give 5 stars.

Nice hotel with an awesome wellness center. I always enjoy the Saunas, massages and facials. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun as well. I will definitely return.

I was regular at wellness for years. Since some time ago you have to insert 100 forints (0.30 EUR) deposit to lockes in changing room to lock the door!

After I paid an entrance and changed to swimsuit I placed a coin to a locker. But locker was broken. I had to change back again and go to a parking place into my car for another coin because the cashier was not willing to borrow me one. So i decided to leave.

I give poor rating for attitude. Wellness is nice.

My "best regards" to cashier lady who was on charge on 13.12.2015 evening and to the person who's stupid idea was to change a lockers from electronic to "put a coin or two otherwise you are screwed" in a four star place.
