Forget the half pension. Terrible buried cheap foods in golden prices. The meat was black.

So front desk staff should think! When it is 38 degrees you dont tell customers to come back at check in time. You might suggest they sit in the bar; you might suggest other places; you might put thinking people front of house

Je to blízko Bratislavy, príjemné prostredie, dva plavecké bazény nie sú preplnené. Občas máte celý bazén iba pre seba. Nie je to luxus ale na príjemný oddych za dobrú cenu doporučujem. Vstup je časovo neobmedzený, čo na Slovensku už hádam ani nepoznáme. Cena vstupu do bazénov bez sauny je 10,50Eur na celý deň. No nekúpte to:-)

Milý personál, hlavne pán čašník v reštaurácii. Izby klasika, trochu čistotu vycitam, v kúpeľni bol prach, v rohoch pleseň, ale upratuju denne, ustelu postele, vymenia uteraky. Z masáže v cene bolo len masážne kreslo. Jacuzzi nefungovalo ako málo, vyzerá to majestátne na fotkách, no nie je to tak. Večere - výber z troch jedal, ale varia dobre. Raňajky klasika, hrozna káva, obschnute pečivo. Zábava a relax žiadne, len v iných hoteloch, aj thermal vedľa nič moc, všetko hrdzavé, staré a neudrziavane.

You are not allowed to sit outside unless you want to pay 10 € a day, aircon works sometimes, If you have somthing to complain about the staff can suddenly only understand Hungarian
