Outstanding breakfast. It was the first time I could drink a fresh carrot juice in an hotel. My room was simple, confortable and clean . Yes it is far from city center, but Affordable and taxis are quite cheap.

I like Cozy and practical rooms. There are things that need repair like the sink. Also, the restaurant needs more quality control on the cleanliness of the plates and the food. The serviceit depends who serves you. But in general half of the staff needs to improve their customer service. Some I find a bit rude.

Very nice hotel in Budapest. Not super central but easily reachable by taxi. Rooms are modern and very spacious. Recommended.

הגענו למלון ופקידי הקבלה לא היו הכי נחמדים.
החדר קטן יחסית, מקלחת סבירה. שירות החדרים היה טוב מאוד ולכן, הוספתי כוכב אחד. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר נוראי, לא היה מבחר, לא היה טעים פשוט מזעזע. ביציאתנו מהמלון רצינו לאחסן את המזוודות בשמירת חפצים של המלון ומענם היה בפנים חמוצות שאין אפשרות ללא שום הסבר, ואינם מצאו פתרון לכך למרות שכשסגרנו את המלון נאמר שישנה שמירת חפצים במקום. טיסתו הייתה בלילה והיינו צריכים לסחוב את המזוודות עד היציאה מהארץ.

we arrived at the hotel and the receptionists were not the nicest.
The room is relatively small, a reasonable shower. Room service was very good and so, I added one star. The food at breakfast was terrible, there was no selection, it was not just tasty and shocking. As we left the hotel, we wanted to store the suitcases in the hotel's luggage, and their address was a sour face that could not be explained, and they did not find a solution to this, even though when we closed the hotel it was said that there was luggage. Our flight was at night and we had to carry our suitcases until we left the country.

Really poor experience. Room was not filled with disposables properly. Staff is not nice, does not help you and make you wait a lot.

I work close to this hotel. Today is monday. The snow that felt last friday still on the sidewalk. They haven't cleaned it yet and now there is a thick ice so you cant use the sidewalk. Very undemanding.

I have not yet had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, but so far the kindness and professionalism I have been treated with will be my first choice of Budapest.
I was really happy with the receptivity of the hotel staff so far.
I hope to enjoy the facilities in 2017 and personally thank all the staff.

During breakfast, the maid vacuum the carpet,and the cleaner's noise was unimaginable.The staff gossiped loud near us,they were arguing with each otherso it was simply horrible.Please theach your staff (very young staff!) to behave,and at the reception not to grimace.
