  I brought my dog to this clinic to remove a tick, since I didn't have the required "tools", expecting an excellent service as stated by many other customers well, in a nutshell, the quality is still far from the western Europe:
  
  1 - customer service: I told them about my needs, they made a lot of burocracy stuff, and then ask me to sit for 1 minute after 20 minutes I was still waiting, with other people coming and entering before me, so I asked again if I had to make appointment, but they told me just to wait
  
  2 - the dog was nervous, but they made him quite angry when they put a tight bandage around his nose. not satisfied, they put another one! I was shocked, never saw such "technique" anywhere. Apart the vet, there were other 2 people holding the now super nervous / scared / angry dog.
  
  3 - I asked for a check-up about parassites, they basically told me to do it by myself and to use some repellents
  
  4 - worst of all, the head of the tick was still in the skin (see picture) I asked if it was removed completely, and they confirm.. at that point I understood I was in the wrong place.
  
  2 stars just because of possible language barriers, otherwise it would be 1 (most of the staff don't speak English).
  
  NO WAY.
