Outside of the building is one of the most gorgeous fountains I ever saw and i have seen fountain from Milan Bandić in Zagreb.

Pretty building. Not worth going inside if you are a tourist however. Bad service and a lack of information to tell where you should go and where you was.
The restaurant at the entrace was pretty horrible and did not serve very much food, and the food we got tasted like something you can microwave.

The biggest library of the country. Worth seeing, the building is beautiful. There are a bunch of events hosted in the courtyard and around the building.
