  I was very satisfied with the ordered products, the speed of the delivery, and the smiling and helpful courier colleague. Unfortunately, I received the (perhaps) last package of a run-out joint material from the warehouse in Hajdúböszörmény and I had to hunt for silicone, which was not easy. The customer service promised that they would call me back in this regard, unfortunately this did not happen. However, all communication up to that point was great with the customer service and email information.

  The internet and telephone service was of the highest standard, but the rooms had to be repaired a lot in terms of reception. At the Ihasz Street reception place, the quality of the servants was appalling, there were two people in the office who had a good discussion with a person who seemed to be familiar - so not just a simple iron man -, they had been there for a thousand years, and none of them were interesting to them. In the end, I waited so long that I inquired with their commission colleague, so he finally took care of the atvetel. If I didn't need the rooms urgently, I would go out without a shop and buy them elsewhere. If I ever order from Onok, I will never set foot in the Ihasz utca location again.

  Easy-to-use ordering interface, fast delivery - unfortunately, however, the delivery time indicated on the website is only calculated from receipt from the manufacturer, even if the product is located in an external warehouse, and this was only notified by phone after the order was placed. Fortunately, however, at my request, the ordered Fakro attic ladder was delivered immediately after production, so it arrived on time, in excellent quality, and at a good price-value ratio.

  I found this service - company by accident. I was looking for something in one of the big department stores (it wasn't there) and they recommended it. The idea itself is simply fantastic. They were ready, they got it, they notified me, I could understand, they helped me pack it, I was in awe! This in Hungary!!?? In e-mail, pik-pak everything went like clockwork - I've been scouring the internet for two weeks to find out where I could get this exact material. "These" would not only be procured, but also delivered to me, only then would it have been on site a day later. I could pay either way, an invoice was issued in no time. What else do you need? Even one package was left untouched - then I'll ask if I can take it back. Even if they do that, then I'll be their moving billboard! I want a sticker on my car and I will advertise them - because they deserve it!!!! Indeed!!! Gyöngyi Rosta
