Good location, close to metro and a large shopping centre. Can walk to some attractions, eg st Stephens basilica, parliament building. Staff were divided, some very helpful receptionists with excellent English, one in particular helped us to book some attractions such as the baths and a hop on hop off bus tour but some not so competent or friendly. Room was small and bed very uncomfortable.. double bed but with two single duvets, asked for a double but apparently hotel doesn’t have any. Very poorly lit room, there was a lamp on the wall not working which we asked to be repaired but it was not carried out. Breakfast was okay, staff started putting stuff away long before breakfast was finished, tables were poorly set sometimes, was a challenge to get a knife and a fork. Bar was closed most of the time we were there. Poor tea and coffee making facilities in the room, only a kettle and two earl grey tea bags provided. Rang reception at 9pm to try and get a coffee but was told the bar was closed (booklet in room said open until midnight every night) and there wasn’t even sachets of instant coffee in the hotel. Overall it was okay considering it was reasonably priced but would not stay there again

One big dirt. Dust and stains everywhere. Internet not working properly in the room. Worth to search something better then this hotel.

Love this place. Professional and friendly staff. Breakfasts were nice . You can make a reservations for some entertainment just at the reception. Room was tidy. Cleaning service every day. And very reliable. We could left everything in room without the fear to lose something like electronic devices or wallets. Close to all public transport. And in the center of the city which was good for a walking around and visiting some sightseeing

Good hotel, good service. Beds are mediocre, but not too bad. Nice bathroom, but no washcloths, and no body wash or soap. At ~$150 a night in a good spot in town near everything it isn't bad. So, if you are lazy or don't Wana walk all over and want a convenient place to stay that has fast access to the metro l, this is it!

Very stilish hotel in the heart of Budapest. In the centre, close to the metro, train station and night bus to the airport. Breakfast 3+, only if included in room price

Room was very clean and tidy. Good food for breakfast tho the peach/orange/apple juice was warmonly thing they had cold was water. Wifi was sub-par, at least on the 5th floor, took ages to connect. Good location for visiting, within short walking distance of the Parliament. If you book here and pinball is your thing, I definitely recommend the pinball 'museum' nearby.

I don't know where all these positive comments coming from but one thing I can say for sure! This hotel has hygiene/cleanliness problems! When speaking to the housekeeping manager, she was shouting back to the reception that she doesn't understand what I am unhappy withhopefully I will be able to upload a few pictures later as far as first impressions go, a strong smell of sewage as a welcome doesn't sit well with me.. the reception staff is hit and miss as well. Breakfast choice is poor, "scrambled" eggs are cold, cheap coffee and powder juice machine.. 5 star reviews?? What for????!
