  Clean hotel & right at the bottom of the Buda Castle. Good location & beautiful night river/cross river bank views.

  450 Euros a night, and the jacuzzi soaked the bathroom floor. Staff could not fix it, did not mop up the mess, offered no compensation, and the manager had to be chased for an apology. Shameful.

  As a loyal spg platinum member for several years, this hotel should not be a part of the spg portfolio. Their front desk service has been rude on check in AND during request for a late check out (which was denied. Request was for a 3 or 4 pm check out. The latest they were able to provide was a 1pm. Even if the hotel is completely booked, standard check in time is 3pm. It does not take 2 hour to turn over a room and not every guest will check in at 3pm. For them to not try to even check if they can accommodate a platinum member and to rudely dismiss the request, the experience left a sour note on my Budapest trip). The room was ok: relatively clean. SPg is known to have their very own American Express card. I get points for staying within their portfolio as well as using their card IN their chains. This hotel DOES NOT TAKE amex!!!! The reason is due to "technical difficulty".
  
  I personally hate to stay out of a spg portfolio, but in this case Take your loyalty elsewhere.

  Rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. In general, the accommodations feel like they have not been updated in awhile. We were given a pretty poor bathroom: a bath with an extendable shower head. The bath area had no curtains in the event we wanted to take a shower. Baths only. I have family members who were given rooms with actual showers. Be sure to ask for a room with a shower if you're a shower person!

  Amazing hotel it has a wonderful view we took the room with river view it's very nice and very romantic. It has simply the best location next to Buda Castle, the Chain Bridge and many restaurants. The stuff are very nice but there's no free breakfast.

  Really cool hotel, located next to the castle. Rooms are small by American standards, but they are clean and comfortable. The concept of a "twin bed" is a bit misleading though, it's basically two twin beds smushed together, so not really practical if you want to share the room with a work companion. I highly recommend the restaurant next door - Marvelosa. Get the Goulash and don't miss the apple tart.

  Great hotel. Nicely appointed rooms, right next to the river, just a short walk to several nice bars and restaurants. Recommend it highly!
