  They can't tell the truth. The day after the animal interview came the notice that unfortunately they could not be hired due to "redeployment". Yet even now, on the day of my rejection, the ad was posted, which I also applied for. At least don't look so stupid.
  
  I recommend it to anyone who likes to go to job interviews unnecessarily.
  
  I would not recommend it to anyone who is really looking for a job.
