This is not the first trip to Heviz. The second time the hotel Kalma. I knew very well about this hotel. However, the first time faced with a similar situation. I had the confirmation "booking com" room type "apartment 2 adults" hotel Kalma, but I was sent to Kalma Villa. This is a completely different building.The dispute lasted for 2 days. During this time I provided the confirmation, support "booking com" confirmed the correctness of my reservation.
Not helped in solving this problem. As handout was offered a room in the hotel , but only after 5 days. The hotel staff accused me and a service booking com, But not themselves.
Now a few words about Villa Kalma.
This building is located at a different address. 240 metres from the hotel, on the road with 50 steps. Or 600 meters with no steps. I went to Heviz to treat my knee. This was a problem. Besides, this way you need to overcome with your luggage from the reception and back . Breakfast is served in the hotel building. In the morning, in the rain, you will also get in the way . The building itself is dilapidated. You hear coughing and the voice of the neighbors. In the room, dirt on the walls. The view from the window at the intersection. Steep staircase. In the lobby the floor is often dirty linen . The Internet is slow. Need to re-connect
Это не первая поездка в Хевиз. Второй раз отель Кальма. Я очень хорошо знал что он собой представляет. Однако первый раз сталкиваюсь с подобной ситуацией. У меня была бронь подтвержденная booking com тип комнаты "апартаменты для 2 человек" отеля Кальма, Однако был поселен на виллу Кальма. Это абсолютно другое здание. Выяснения продолжались 2 дня. В течении этого времени я предоставил подтверждение моей брони, cлужба поддержки "booking com" подтвердил правильность моего бронирования. Не помогло в решении этой проблемы. В качестве подачки был предложен номер в отеле, но лишь через 5 дней. Служащие отеля обвинили меня и службу booking com, Но только не себя.
Теперь несколько слов о вилле Кальма.
Это здание находится по другому адресу. в 240 метрах от отеля, по дороге с 50 ступенями. Или 600 метров без ступеней. Я приехал в Хевиз лечить свое колено. И это была проблема. Кроме этого, этот путь нужно преодолеть с багажом от рецепции и назад . Завтрак подается в здании отеля. Утром, под дождем, вы также будете отправляться в путь. Само здание уже обветшало. Вы будете слышать кашель и голос соседей. В комнате грязь на стенах. Вид из окна на перекресток. Крутая лестница. В холле на полу часто лежит грязная постельное белье . Интернет медленный. A szoba tiszta, rendes. A konyharész nagyon szűkös viszont a zuhanyzó s a fürdőszoba tágas. Az utcáról a földszinti étteremből minden szag és zaj bejön az apartmannba. A wifi nagyon drága. A Villa Kalma csak hosszú lépcsősoron keresztül megközelíthető vagy nagy kerülővel.

Нет парковки( стоянки) ,отвратительный интернет Fifi, не приветливый и не отзывчивый персонал( знают только венгерский и очень плохо английский),отношение персонала очень плохое,хорошее место расположение- это единственный плюс
