Very modern, clean hotel with great spa part, big variety of saunas to use. Amazing food and very nice and helpful staff. Location is very convenient, close to the city center, right next to city baths.

The room we initially got was very cold and adjusting air conditioning didn't help, but they gave us another room when mentioned at the reception. There was an issue with paying with K&H Szép card, you have to know your password to be able to use it (which is usually not required).

Room was wonderful, the welness area was as well. Except from the massage + facial appointment they screwed up. They managed to book the massage at 17.00 on saturday and the facial at 09.00 on sunday ( the check out day). Wine prices are very high and menu included in price is very poor and of low quality!
