  The company is professional, they pay attention to everything. There has never been a time that I should have been disappointed with them, even though I have been using their parcel service regularly for 4-5 years.
  
  The dispatcher is intelligent and communicates well, and the pick-up / drop-off guys understand their stuff. Their behavior and appearance are also worthy of the company.
  
  The prices are competitive, but more important is the reliable service, which is why I will definitely not look for anything else just because it is cheaper. Cheapness always comes at a price.

  Personally, I only have a good experience with the company. The packages I have sent or received so far have always been delivered with great care, in safety and on time. My emails and questions were always answered quickly. If I had a jam - or asked them for advice, e.g., about shipping after Brexit - they even called me on the phone to let me know. I am very satisfied with their services and customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
