Old looking and old style hotel. I think it was very fashionable in the 1980's, and the fact that they did not bring it up to date (although it is still marked as a 4 star hotel) makes me think the owners do no care very much about customers service and experience.

Beware! Kitchen has recently been checked by the authorities and found filthy conditions and large amount of expired food, being sever to the guests. Conditions in the kitchen are deplorable, avoid this place if you can!

The rooms are smaller than expected. The spa is wonderful and serves the guest's needs. The staff is kind in most of the time yet the dining staff is very young and unexperienced. The rooms are clean in addition there is an underground garage gor guests.

On the site it says the hotel for whole family. Not at all. Kids swimming pool does not have water or have termal water!!! Stuff told us to use main swimming pool. Nothing for babies or toddlers.

Why: Last impression is long lasting and counts more. I feel cheated. They charged me 25% more at check-out for stay than declared during telephone booking 2 days earlier.response / report this review -

Szoba és a konyha színvonala eléri a négy csillagos besorolást, de a fürdő részleg szebb napjai már elmúltak, ráférne egy felújítás! Szobák tiszták és nagyok, konyha választékos és jó, borkínálat átlagos, talán egy új borlap sem lenne nagy kívánság!

BABABARÁT!! Bátran ajánlom kisgyermekes családoknak!
A szoba felszereltsége mindenben kiváló. Törölközők tömkelege állt a rendelkezésünkre! A svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora nagyon finom és választékos volt. A szakács, aki nem mellesleg Gonda Attila mesterszakács nagyon különleges és ízletes fogásokat készített.
A fürdő rész is elfogadható, habár az nem bababarát, de a közeli élményfürdő minden igényt kielégített a pancsolás szempontjából.
Összességében nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a hotel szolgáltatásaival!response / report this review -
