Room was nice and has good house keeping service but customer service is not that great. It's a good hotel if you don't have tossed front staff

View from balcony to reception / foyer. Unable to adjust temperature in room. It was hot and I had no power to solve it at 2am.

Certainly a wonderful choice to stay in Budapest. Near everything from restaurants to supermarkets and even a Shopping Mall called Westend very assorted. The train and bus station just a few blocks walk is really useful to take the subway and the Square in front of it has bus stops of various hop on hop off buses. In the Hotel you can buy in advance and by the time you check-in they give you lots of useful brochures to enjoy the marvelous city. The breakfast is really good and fresh in a spacious resfaurant. The room service was efficient and tasty. The cleaning too. The staff is friendly. Surely recommend this Hotel.

+ Rooms are a good size with all the facilities you would need. Room has a safe, mini bar, nice TV and most things to expect. Not enough plug sockets and some are placed in unusual places.
+ Location is very ideal. Within walking distance of attractions, city centre, places for sightseeing, restaurants and places to go out in the evening. There is a lot of transport options within reach such as trams, buses and taxis.
+ Customer service is at a good standard. Did not have any problems.
+ Facilities include a free WiFi with a strong connection, a gym , parking lot and a bar on the ground floor.response / report this review -

Hotel is nice, with modern rooms and good location, walking distance to many downtown attractions. Breakfast was really good. Entrance is a little cramped with a really steep ramp to drag the luggage up, but the lobby is spacious. I stayed in late June and they had some light construction going on. I wished they'd told me that when i booked on nh website. Otherwise is was a great stay; great value for a large European city.

We have just returned from our stay. We stayed 9 nights and had a superb stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Room was clean but not what was advertised in the photos staff were helpful but I felt we're slightly rude and blunt. However were very professional and quick to deal with our needs. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful, probably wouldn't stay here again though

Autsch, this has nothing to do with NH's I've been before. Hidden in the city center, overall ugly designed and very, very standard for Budapest Price /value. Don't know how this could be a 4Star.
We had to overcome the stay for over 4 nights with more than 20 people
And please, dont even think about it to have a lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant!!! This is utmost the cheapest bad taste kitchen I've ever tried before :
- cold served food
- quality of the fish or meat is horrible
- every sauce or dressing is better to buy ready made at cheapest food discounters
- cake or bread or fruit is so bad, really, you need to search for to find it somewhere.
This has nothing to do with a restaurant, not a hobby cook. This is a Crime for Taste which should be forbidden to continue.
Wondering that this is not recognized by the staff, management working there?!?
