  Nice hotel, but small bathroom. The reason why I give only one star is very loud music at 2 o'clock in the morning (night). I complained on the reception, but it wasn't help!

  The hotel is advertised as child and family friendlily. They also have some support for children like playroom etc. More or less that's enough for a fantastic vacation. However the hotel is 4 stars hotel at the same time. Some of the common features are missing from 4 stars, i.e. the elevator is really small. The bag carrier car doesn't work properly. There is no option for handwashing for childrens. Not all the places can be accessibe by baby carrier. There are no beds close to the the baby pool. The closest one is just by the normal swimming pool which is dangerous for youngs who cannot swimm because that one is deep. The restaurant amd the food selection is good just more children friendly food should be served(pasta).

  Rooms are nice, the view to the Balaton is fantastic, parking is easy and okay. However, the service at the restaurant is awful, the food is nothing more than mediocre.

  We spent two days in the hotel. To us that time was amazing. Very good location, clean room with fantastic view of Balaton. Beautiful restaurant downstairs and well-groomed beach. Quite expensive for average family but I do recommend it to everyone.
  Special place for families with children!

  Valóban baba- és gyermekbarát hely, kinti játszótér, trambulinokkal (több is van), homokozó, hinta, bent két játszóház (az egyik foglalkoztató), babamedence. Az étteremben külön rész babaételekkel, gyerekeknek való evőeszközökkel, színezővel. Barátságos, kedves személyzet.

  Egyik legjobb hely ahol voltunk családdal! Gyerekbarát hely. Jó a wellnes rész, gyerekmedence, szauna, 20m úszómedence. Félpanzió remek, ízek jók. Van kézműves terem állandó koordinátorral, beltéri ugráló. Nyilván egyes gyermekek viselkedése nem a szálloda hibája ;)

  A szàlloda tiszta rendezett. Mi a 3 éves gyermekünkkel voltunk és maximálisan jól éreztük magunkat. Van gyerekmedence, vizicsúzda, játszóház stb. Az ételek finomak és bőségesek. A kiszolgáló személyzet kedves és segíkész. Volt egy kis félreértés a szàmlàval, de a szàlloda maximálisan korrekt módon rendezte ezt a dolgot. Köszönettel: Gombos család.

  Kellemes wellness hétvégét töltöttünk itt a családdal. Gyerekbarát kialakítás (játszóház, gyerekfoglalkozások, gyerekeknek játékszoba, gyerekmedence). Uszoda része jó, bár a vize hidegebb a kellemesnél. Méretes jakuzzi jó kilátással a Balatonra, aranyos bár nem elég meleg gyerekmedence. Edzőterme jól felszerelt. Éttermi része finom, általában jó ételekkel, amelyekből van bőségesen. Maga a szálló sajnos szocreálos, nem sikerült annyira kikupálni az épületet, hogy ne hagyta volna magán a régi kor hagyatékát. A szobák rendben voltak, bár semmi luxus, extra. Hiányzott belőle a stílus, ami jobban megfoghatott volna, hogy visszavágyjak.
