  The apartment we had was brand new, with a generous terrace. The hotel is in the middle of the action so it could get noisy at times, however the rooms are very well insulated and you can barely hear the nightlife happening around the hotel.

  Room was fine. Beds were not that comfortable and there was no soap in the bathroom.
  Breakfast is served in separate place. About 150m meteres from the hotel.
  Staff was nice and helpful.
  Get rid of spiders in the hallway!
